The project´s main objective is to promote personal and professional development of these student-workers and their specific skills through exchanges and internships, to acquire specific knowledge and skills in their professional sector to facilitate their access to labour market and prepare them for an economic context more and more globalized.
The Project EUROLABORA VII arises in a context of crisis and unemployment especially high among young people. Many of them, although they have completed their vocational educational studies and they are able to perform a job, don´t have enough foreign language skills, or other professional and personal skills that make them less competitive in a labour market increasingly demanding. Moreover, in the case of the intermediate vocational diplomas, and due to the COVID19 pandemic which affected the start of the implementation of this project, some students were not able to carry out placements in companies. The Erasmus+ mobilities were their first contact with real work in a company.
