Background

The purpose of this project application was to meet the growing needs and main objectives of society regarding the internationalization of work and the learning of new technologies. This involved facing challenges in our students' social paradigm. Specifically, this program was designed to train our students and equip them with the necessary skills to successfully address these challenges. Furthermore, another main objective of this project was to improve our internal processes and strengthen our commitment to education and training. This would be achieved through the acquisition of new tools by the participants, promoting cross-disciplinary approaches without neglecting the technical aspect of vocational training. Additionally, the aim was to increase the participants' motivation to enhance their skills in a second language, as well as their job prospects and expectations. The program was carried out with the intention of achieving these goals and providing comprehensive training to the students involved in the project.
