Our mission as an organisation is focused on the improvement of the qualification and employability of our students, unemployed workers who have studied vocational certificates of levels 2 and 3. Our experience shows the important impact that transnational mobility has on the students who carry it out. The group of Erasmus students have percentages of labour insertion close to 90%, while the average insertion of the graduates of our 5 CRNs is 62%. As we will see throughout the report, in this project, due to the situation created by the pandemic, and which has dragged on throughout the development of this project, it has been impossible to achieve the quantitative results, as it has only been possible to carry out 18 of the planned mobilities.
Transnational mobility has been a fundamental activity of the Network of National Reference Centres of the Region of Madrid for more than 20 years, it is part of the training services offered by our centres and is a motivating element for students and staff, as well as a source of innovation for our organisation.
