The objectives set out in our project application were as follows: To improve the employability of our Vocational Training students. To promote and facilitate mobility experiences. To make lifelong learning a reality. To integrate all groups of our educational community. Promote fairness in the selection of participants. To increase creativity by offering new mobility experiences. To improve the quality of education and training.
This Erasmus project is the first of our projects for students and staff in Vocational Education and Training (VET) in our school. Before applying for this project, our school was not able to offer vocational training students an internship outside Spain. With this project we have been able to broaden the possibilities for our students to improve their professional profile. For our staff, we have provided experiences to improve their teaching competence. Thanks to the efforts of the school's internationalisation committee, our school has been able to offer students and teachers the opportunity to participate in these exciting projects. This project has allowed us to bring the European reality closer to our vocational education community. The mobilities for our students have focused on internships in companies in their specialties. In the majority of the cases belonging to the curriculum of the degree, although we have also carried out a mobility for qualified students. In this project we have been able to experience the participation of deaf students, who have been guided and accompanied throughout the process of preparing their mobility.
