In particular, provide young people from professional families with the highest unemployment rates in Barcelona with more extensive professional experiences (Erasmus Pro). 2. Improve the technical skills of the participants to ensure an optimal level of professional development for their transition to the world of work. 3. Improve transversal skills by providing participants with higher levels of adaptability, flexibility and adaptation to change, communication, self-control and autonomy. 4. Improve the levels of transition between educational stages, granting all participants the appropriate knowledge and skills to be able to continue their training itinerary, carrying out higher professional training studies. 5. Improve language skills to establish the minimum level of knowledge of the participants in the European reference framework B1, promoting the acquisition of professional language skills (technical language, specific vocabulary, etc.).
This project was requested with the ultimate objective of responding to the needs of young students and graduates in medium-level professional training promoted, through internationalization, the following aspects: a) Promote the internationalization of both students and graduates, considering it essential that students be able to carry out internships in European companies with the ultimate goal of improving their employability. b) Improve the professional skills of both FP students. It is essential that vocational training students (and future workers) have the greatest number of work experiences (especially those sectors with the highest unemployment rates) to promote their successful entry into the labor market. c) Increase the employability of initial vocational training graduates: In the current context, it is important that vocational training students provide greater transversal skills in addition to the technical ones that are typical of the educational curricula. d) Promote European citizenship: Mobility is a key element for professional internationalization and for the vision of a Europe open to the professional development of young people.
