Through this project: 2020-1-ES01-KA102-080265, it was intended to ensure that our students of the Middle Cycles and Basic Vocational Training of the IES Politécnico de Vigo (CM of Electrical and Automatic Installations, CM of Machining, CM of Maintenance and Training Course of Basic Professional Training in Electricity and Electronics) could access the compulsory internships (FCT) as well as to carry out internships once they have graduated from the member countries associated with this project and thus obtain the corresponding degree. . On the other hand, we also intended in parallel that our students improve their skills in the language of the country of destination, integrate into its culture, form part of an enriching and different professional experience, as well as foster with all this a pleasant experience that would put in value to be part of this project. In the same way, we also intended that the teachers participating in this project could improve their professional skills through learning by observation of the different activities carried out in the company object of their mobility while at the same time being avant-garde in their specialty, thus managing to reverse the knowledge acquired in their students, thus allowing them to incorporate new techniques and advanced work methodologies, complementary to those of their daily work. In this sense, we have sent our students and teachers to countries such as: Portugal, Finland and the Netherlands as participants in this project. Specifically, in my short experience as coordinator of international programs (I have been since December), I was able to open new contacts with the company CALIBRAFRUTA (Leiría) with the neighboring country, Portugal, where two students were welcomed (one charged to this project and another charged to the KA-103) and their good work leaves us the doors open for future mobilities, together with the closeness and comfort that this entails.
