It has been made up of 12 centers, of diverse typology, but with the nexus of Basic and/or Agricultural Vocational Training, the size and experience is very varied with regard to each member individually, and it was intended and has been achieved, with this consortium, provide support to those centers with little experience or little organizational capacity. A common PDE was agreed among them, which took shape in a plan to improve the skills and job placement of actors in vocational training, linguistics and European development. In this consortium there appeared an educational center with no previous or very little international experience, and it has been interested in improving this aspect in its own institution and its internationalization; and the possible favorable impacts on the actors involved and at different levels, which has led them to participate actively, the rest are centers that have either participated in the two previous consortia or have their own experience.
