With this project we intended to achieve the following objectives: - To consolidate the European dimension of our training activity. - To contribute to strengthening European citizenship and social cohesion. - To improve job opportunities for our students. - To improve the professional qualification and personal skills of our students. - To improve the qualification and teaching training of participating teachers. - To improve the language skills of the participants. - To develop a strategic approach to inclusion and diversity
IES Villaverde has drawn up an internationalization strategy consisting of being able to offer our students and teachers the possibility of carrying out their internship, in the case of students, or training in equivalent VET centers, in the case of teachers. We believe that in order to offer quality education we have to imbue our educational community with the European dimension and the way to do this is applying for Erasmus projects. That is the fundamental reason why we have requested this project. Carrying out the training period in enterprises located in a European country improves the linguistic competence, employability, personal and professional skills of our students. On the other hand, the execution of a mobility for observation contributes to our teaching staff the improvement of their teaching practice by applying the good practices learned. All of this impacts in an improvement of the quality of the education that the educational center offers, which is one of our goals to pursue.
