Objectives

The main objectives that have guided the execution of the project are: - Create synergies at the local and international levels that favour the professional training of young people to facilitate access to the labour market. - Contribute to the improvement of educational quality and the increase in job opportunities for young people by carrying out preparation and mobility activities for students to carry out professional internships in companies. - Promote the improvement of the quality of VET training through observation activities ("job shadowing") to improve the skills of teachers and reinforce the exchange of knowledge and good practices in teaching.

Background

After the positive experience of the "GranadaFP.SHARE+ I" project, tempered by the setback of the pandemic, the consortium is advancing in its consolidation with the incorporation of three new Vocational Training centres in the city of Granada, reinforcing its objective of creating synergies local and international level that promote the professional training of young people to facilitate access to the labour market. To the original centres: IES Cartuja, CE Ave María San Cristóbal, IES Politécnico Hermenegildo Lanz (which on this occasion did not request mobility), IES Francisco Ayala, IES Aynadamar, IES Zaidín Vergeles, CDP Atlántida and IES Virgen de las Nieves, have been joined the IES, Padre Manjón, the IES Severo Ochoa and finally the IES Ángel Ganivet, to deepen the European dimension of training. This is why the GranadaFP.Share+ II project was requested, to have more resources to consolidate, through the management of new Erasmus+ mobilities, the contribution of the members of the consortium to the international improvement of educational quality and the increasing job opportunities for young people.
