1. To support the acquisition of learning outcomes (knowledge, skills and competences) of the students for the improvement of their personal, professional, social and employability development through FCT Traineeships in companies in other countries, 2. To support the professional development of teachers and staff in order to improve the quality of teaching in education training cycles. 3. To improve the foreign language skills of the participants. 4. To motivate participants to benefit from the experience through knowledge and understanding of other cultures to develop an awareness of European citizenship and identity. 5. To increase tcapacities, attractiveness and international dimension through the development and implementation of international mobility projects. 6. To strengthen the relationships between VETs, employment, institutions, business organisations and companies, generating synergies that allow for the expansion and improvement of these relationships. 7. To develop the methodology and protocol designed by the Consortium. 8. To effectively and adequately disseminate the actions developed. 9. To lay the foundations to progressively increase the number of mobilities carried out in subsequent calls.
Consortium ERASMUS+ CYL: The VET Mobility of VET education in Castilla y León was born to energize the system of VET mobilities our region. It is composed of: - Education Ministry of the Autonomous Community of Castilla y León, which provides the Consortium with guidance, institutional support and human and material resources. - CIFP “Juan de Herrera”, as the Consortium coordinator, offers human and material means for the implementation of mobility projects in close collaboration with the General Directorate of Professional Training. - Almost 120 VET Providers from CyL as sending institutions offer Higher VET Diploma Programmes. - Other institutional organizations which reinforce and facilitate the objectives through integral and linguistic support (regional Official Languages Schools), international relations managment through european Chambers of Commerce and business associations for search and selection of recieving institutions and similar VET centres (Regional Council of Official Chambers of Commerce and Industry in Castilla y León and Family Business Association in Castilla y León) We develop mobility projects for reasons of education in Erasmus+ programs for trainees, teachers and staff of VET institutions members.
