The objectives we set ourselves for this project were: - To offer mobility programmes in all the institutes of the Escola Pia institution that offer vocational training studies. - To motivate students to take part in mobility programmes. - That the participating students improve the 8 key competences identified by the EU. - To improve the professional profile of the students. - To improve the technical skills, broaden and internationalise the work experience of the students of the participating schools. - To have a solid network of international companies where Escola Pia schools can send students for internships. - To increase innovation in the schools participating in this consortium. - To promote equality, social cohesion and active citizenship. - To increase the percentage of students graduating and the percentage of students from the participating schools who find employment in general. - To improve the management of European programmes, to share the individual experiences of each school and to create a common knowledge base among all members of the consortium. - To open new avenues of cooperation with other schools.
We have applied for this consortium project for the following reasons: - To be able to offer the same educational possibilities to all students, without depending on geographical location, student profile, gender, nationality, motivation of teaching staff or general availability of the schools belonging to the consortium. - To tackle the difficulty that some of the schools encounter when carrying out mobility projects on an individual basis due to their size or lack of resources or few VET lines. - To improve collaboration between the schools belonging to the Escola Pia network. - To develop a common and shared project between the different schools. - To be able to improve the knowledge of the Erasmus+ programme by the staff of all the schools. - To strengthen the transversal competences necessary to face the world of work and the personal life of our students and staff. - To offer improvements to the vocational training curricula in our schools. - To equalise the training offer in the 12 schools, giving all students the possibility of doing work experience abroad.
