We are a secondary school located in Azuqueca de Henares, an industrial area, with lower-middle class families. Promotion figures remain fairly stable at around 84% in 4th ESO and throughout the compulsory secondary education stage the percentage of pupils who are promoted to the following year with all subjects passed is around 55%. In the post-compulsory stages these percentages improve to around 85%. The European Development Plan of our institution has as its fundamental premise the search for quality and educational development and the internationalisation of our centre through the European dimension. As well as promoting vocational training by making the period of training in workplaces an opportunity to spend time in companies and organisations in European Union countries, generating a lot of interest in the Intermediate Level Training Cycles.
