1. For participants, validate their on the job training module with an intership in a company abroad and improve their skills in the language of the host country. 2. For teachers, update on new products and techniques in the market to be incorporated into their teaching practice. 3. For IES A Pinguela, consolidate a network of European partners, to expand the mobility offer to teachers and students. 4. For host partner companies, benefit from the experience and knowledge of the participants.
Instituto de Enseñanza Secundaria A Pinguela (I.E.S. A Pinguela) (http://www.iesapinguela.es) is a public college located in Monforte de Lemos, a city in northwestern Spain (Galicia). It offers secondary education, high school (16-18 years old) and vocational educational training (VET) (basic, intermediate and higher grade) of the families of computer science and communications, administration, personal image and textiles, clothing and leather. The center is located in a rural area with little industrialization and we have requested this project because we are committed to giving all our students the opportunity to participate in a mobility experience to improve their skills and employability.
