Our project brings together various EU objectives and strategies. Our project proposed: 1) An improvement in the training of our teaching staff, at the level of pedagogical methods through the exchange of good practices with teachers and professionals from companies in the receiving country. Improvement in the use of another language and increased motivation. 2) Open the way for future student exchange projects in the face of an increase in youth employment: both for its curricular improvement and for the promotion of self-employment, so that they are motivated to locate their companies in their environment and mitigate the effect of the massive exodus of young people to cities, which is motivating the depopulation of large areas not only in Spain but in other European countries. 3) Reduce inequality, since the future mobility of students with fewer opportunities will be facilitated as they come from rural areas, with fewer opportunities than students from urban environments. We have already started to carry out student mobility, although within the 2021-2027 program.
Our entity has been focused on the rural world for more than 50 years, favoring sustainable development and promotion in areas at risk of exclusion due to their isolation. For years we have verified the importance of the internationalization of professional families, in our case the health and Management and Administration. In the current context of globalization, it is very important to know the latest educational technological innovations, health protocols, etc. In addition, there is a growing demand for health professionals trained in Spain among other EU member countries. What makes it necessary for our teachers to be continuously in training to achieve and maintain the highest possible qualification.
