OBJECTIVES TO BE ACHIEVED BY THE STUDENTS: • Consolidation of professional skills. •Offer students without work experience an enriching, competent and comprehensive education that guarantees them the employability. •Complement the professional training of the participants in another country allowing them to show their skills competencies and attitudes and their professional performance. •Allow knowledge of other alternatives in all the areas mentioned above. •Acquisition of language skills developing safe communicative exchanges in order to achieve a positive impact on the work environment both inside and outside of Spain. • Develop social skills to establish fruitful interpersonal relationships. OBJECTIVES PARTICIPATING TEACHING STAFF: • Improve on a personal level and establish collaborative networks. •Facilitate rapprochement with European centers to reinforce the idea of a supranational educational territory. •Develop exchange of experiences with other European educational centers. •Identify the importance of learning other languages. •Grant the teacher the privilege of working with other centers, updating and self-assessing pedagogically.
During the years that we have been participating in European Projects, we have corroborated the importance that the educational community, participating organizations, target groups of this participation and the productive fabric have in the development of these projects. They pose a challenge in several areas: - Improvement of the professional, personal and social competences of the students who attend the cycle of Technician in Attention to People in Situation of Dependency. - Improvement of language skills for the participants. - Improving the employability and employment of students. - It favors the development of the most disadvantaged groups. - Causes changes in the concept of international openness for the educational community. - Allows acquisition of skills by teachers, to carry out the development of the project. - Expands relationships and collaboration ties with different public and private sectors. - Promotes knowledge of innovative work development methodologies and systems for the educational center. - It offers, to the productive fabric of the environment, professionals trained in a variety of methodologies. - Allows the strengthening of disclosure systems through various means.
