Through the needs that we have encountered in recent years, we wanted to focus at the level of the Middle Grade cycles in achieving and attaining the following objectives: The preparation of our students to the labor market, improving their employability and giving an added value to their Curriculum. Strengthen the links of the center with companies, educational centers and European entities. Broaden the horizon of Erasmus grants, making them more accessible to all students of the center. To favor the participation and inclusion of the students of the Middle Grade formative cycles in the European and international scope. To put the center on the European map, strengthening its alliances with different partners, and gaining experience for new vocational training projects. The development of the different transversal competences of our students and educational staff.
We requested this project to give the possibility to our students of Vocational Training to experience the fact of doing their professional practices in an international working environment, thus taking advantage of the opportunities that the European Union gives, subsidizing vocational training abroad and making mobilities abroad have a positive and attractive effect on our educational offer, which will normalize the access to this type of projects and will increasingly minimize school dropout. In this project we have worked on the more general guidelines of practical learning that are aligned with the values of development of transversal competences that the European Union wants to transmit, besides detecting the need to seek new horizons for the educational offer of our center, always supporting that our students and the staff of our center have the opportunity to get involved in new professional and personal challenges, taking advantage of the attractiveness of the Erasmus program we saw that it could be a good motivation and good step for all parties to participate in all stages of the project, both in the activities prior to the mobilities, during and after these.
