Support our intermediate level VET and basic FP students in the acquisition and use of knowledge and skills that facilitate their personal development, their employability and their inclusion in the labor market since 95% of our students are young minors; Promote language learning and the development of social (empowerment) and intercultural competences; Improve the use of ICT and digital skills in the field of business; Intercultural awareness; Encourage lifelong learning and promote networking among teachers (we must encourage VET teachers to get out of the classroom and share good practices and resources with other international teachers).
Fundación Inform has been managing the SEFED Program since 1987 with an annual total of 8,000 students and 600 teachers from VET schools throughout Spain, who are trained by acquiring professional and social skills in the administrative and business management field. This professional, practical training aimed at job placement is recognized by the Ministry of Education with a basic VET degree or intermediate level of the administrative and commercial family. Fundación Inform has always considered Erasmus+ mobilities for internships abroad as an integrated part and added value to the training received in VET schools that apply the SEFED Program (Simulation of Companies with Educational Purposes). Thus, Erasmus+ allows us to support our students and teachers in training and ongoing training activities in the acquisition and use of knowledge, skills and qualifications for their personal development, empowerment, employability and participation in the European labor market. Specifically, in this project we intend to increase the quality of employability, empowerment, linguistic, technical and social skills and the competitiveness of our intermediate and basic level VET students.
