The schools involved, through internal meetings, identified the need to improve the language skills of their teams, increase the portfolio of companies in other countries, improve the efficient management of resources, become an agent of modernisation, a broader vision of the curricula and the labour market in other countries. The consortium coordinator detected the need for more proximity and knowledge of the reality experienced by young people in Castilla y León, knowledge of the labour market, and increased visibility of the youth policies implemented by the consortium. This project has been the result of the collaboration of educational centres in Castilla y León and the Youth Institute (Instituto de la Juventud de Castilla y Leon) in order to respond to the needs detected.
