For students: -Learn about other work, sociocultural and linguistic environments to develop intercultural communication skills, self-management, independence, adaptability and self-confidence. -Acquire and develop skills related to their professional field. -Be in contact with active professionals in companies in other countries to broaden their professional skills and put into practice the knowledge already acquired. -Make easier their job placements in the labour market that is increasingly global and international. -Improve their competitiveness and entrepreneurial spirit. For teaching staff: -Learn about other educational environments, acquire and develop skills related to their professional field. -Learn about other teaching methods and tools and new resources for teaching management and educational centers. -Exchange good teaching and educational management practices. For the school: - Exchange knowledge and experiences in the field of innovation and creativity through contact with other institutions. - Update the knowledge and experiences of the entity, since it will add an international dimension to the center.
CEF EN EUROPA project was requested due to the numerous needs detected in our students and because of the great benefits it brought not only to the participants, but also to our center, teaching team, staff and families, young people and Majorcan companies in general. Specifically, this mobility project was intended to give: - Students of having the opportunity to broaden their professional training and work experience through internships in European companies in their training area. - Teachers the possibility of increasing their knowledge in the teaching field and learning about new technologies with which to improve the student training process and encourage the exchange of knowledge and experiences in the field of innovation and creativity through contact with institutions that they can bring a different perspective. - The center the opportunity to update the knowledge and experiences of the entity, since it will add an international dimension.
