Objectives

The project is created with the aim of improving training in our sector and to be a tool for the achievement of quality employment, while importing useful skills for companies in our territory, specifically: - Improve training through practical experience abroad for students of Vocational Training in Cooking and Gastronomy and Catering Services. - Promote language learning for students and staff. - To improve key competences and European citizenship. - To improve the educational offer of the centres, as well as their image and contacts. - To experiment with European mobility tools. - To strengthen the collaborative relationship with other schools in the same professional sector. - Establish a network of European partners, companies and educational organisations.

Background

This "Spanish Gastronomy in Europe" project is a continuation of the previous edition, in 2019, where several training centres from different provinces joined forces to create a sectoral consortium in the field of hospitality that could be a benchmark in this branch of Vocational Training. Today we have five members and, in accordance with the positive results obtained last year, we are committed to continue working along the same lines, strengthening our international position, the training of our students and the creation of networks thanks to the Eramus+ project.
