Objectives

Some concrete actions that we wanted to establish as objectives are the following: 1. To provide our students with access to a quality education that contributes to the full development of their personality and abilities. 2. To promote vocational training as a rising value among our young people, finding an alternative in their training that opens the doors to a more specialised labour market. 3. Promote the training plans of our teachers. Emphasise the need to significantly improve the level of knowledge of a second language among our teaching staff and, consequently, among our students. 4. Integrate new technologies and digital tools into the teaching-learning process and familiarise our pupils with them. 5. To internationalise the centre, working among the pupils on the concept of Europe as a whole to which we belong, through programmes that allow our pupils to enjoy professional and training experiences in other European countries. European countries. We also aim to improve the implementation of our bilingualism programme at all levels of our school. 6. To promote and encourage teachers to improve their work in the field of experimentation and innovation in order to improve the level of teaching. Through this project we aim to learn about and apply new methodologies and training plans, absorbing the knowledge transmitted to us by our counterparts in other European countries. 7. To establish collaboration networks with other training centres in Europe. 8. To reduce absenteeism and school drop-out rates and to increase the number of higher degree qualifications.

Background

This project has given us the opportunity to establish strong and lasting relationships with other European schools. Through collaboration and knowledge sharing, we have been able to develop new ideas and methodologies that can be implemented in our institution. In addition, the mobility of our middle school students allowed them to experience and learn in an international environment in order to broaden their cultural and academic horizons. During their stay abroad, our students had the opportunity to improve their language skills, get to know new ways of teaching and learn about different cultures and traditions. Therefore, we can say that the project has had a positive impact on our educational community. We have strengthened our internationalisation strategy and fostered learning and innovation in our institution. We are committed to continue promoting European mobility among our teaching staff and students in order to enrich their education and prepare them for a globalised future.
