Among the objectives we wanted to achieve were: *Continue with short-term mobility actions, to carry out professional internships of our students in a new European country. * That the students experience both the work methodology and the resources of the new organization. * Create bonds of coexistence between students and teachers, sharing experiences. * Observe the routines of our students, listen to their problems, their demands and help them face new learning situations. * Facilitate their professional and personal growth. * That they knew the development of preparatory teachings for adult life. * Improve the empowerment of our students, opening their immediate contexts, to other professionals, cultural and social, which provides them with maturity, independence and emotional management. * Improve families' expectations regarding their children's future and what options they have. * Make new friends with whom to continue interacting.
To generate new training opportunities and the acquisition of professional skills for our students with disabilities, both due to impairments and social vulnerability. This is the second of the short-term actions carried out with our students. And also because, * Inclusion is the ultimate goal of all our actions and this requires us to get out of our comfort zone and face new proposals, beneficial both for the personal enrichment of the students and for the improvement of the teacher's activity. * We wanted to get to know the vocational education system in France and to see its tools for inclusion, the employability of students, to observe its organisational model, projects, etc. * For the students, it involved new challenges, increasing their capacity for adaptation and resilience in the face of difficulties, experiencing work in a different context, accessing new machinery, establishing socio-affective interactions and experiencing situations of personal self-management. * We compared our systems, for an exercise in positive self-criticism and improvement. * We wanted to know which are the educational and legislative mechanisms in favour of the professionalisation of people with disabilities.
