The main objective of this project is to continue with our internationalisation strategy, started many years ago, involving as many people as possible and reinforcing it. Another of the main objectives of this project was to give our students and staff the opportunity to learn how to learn and work in our partner schools and, therefore, in a new country. The aim is for the participating students to put into practice in their workplaces everything they have learned in the classroom, adapting to the language, culture and history of a new city and learning about concepts such as diversity, sustainability and transnational cooperation. In addition, the centre's employees who take part in the mobilities will also benefit from learning new ways of working in order to introduce them into their day-to-day work, highlighting the management of the students' internships, teaching in the classroo and new methodologies. Thanks to this project, students and workers will be provided with many possibilities to broaden their professional profile, improve their language skills and promote Erasmus+ mobilities among the rest of their colleagues.
This project involves students from the Intermediate VET and staff and includes a total of 22 mobilities for students and workers of the centre. It has been requested in order to improve our internationalisation strategy. Our task is to continue working to improve the quality and communication with the partners we work with year after year, trying to reduce the number of intermediary partners (we have only 1) and to add a new partner every year (this year Portugal). In addition, with this project we want our students to acquire essential skills, both linguistic, social and occupational, and to know first-hand the cooperation, diversity and European sense. On the other hand, and taking into account the mobilities of staff for training, it is important to highlight that thanks to these mobilities the staff of the centre, and as a consequence, the centre itself, are benefited since improvements are introduced in the management of work due to the observation periods in the counterpart centres. An example of this is the organisation and management of student placements in companies, dissemination activities and how they work on internationalisation.
