* Cooperation between vocational training centers and companies to improve teacher training and, therefore, to facilitate, in addition to updating their curricula, the identification of the needs of the students. * Collaboration with counterpart centers for the internationalization of skills and new teaching methods. * The cooperation of students and teachers with companies in the European market to cover the needs derived from globalization. * Favor the labor integration of our students, both in the national and international markets. Promote the training and work mobility of our students. * Share, learn, improve different teaching-learning methods and tools applying quality criteria. * Improve the personal, professional, social and linguistic skills of the participants. * Increase understanding of other cultures among program participants. * Actively participate in society by developing a European citizen awareness. * Promote the mobility of disadvantaged students, helping them to overcome economic, social and academic obstacles, as well as possible cultural differences. * Reduce the school failure of our students by offering them an opportunity for integration and participation in the European labor market.
The main goal is giving to our vocational students and teachers the chance to develop a part of the working practice in Europe. This will let participants develop professional skills that enhance their employability. Futhermore, the teachers training will be improved, so that the students education quality will also improve.
