We wanted to achieve several things for the students: - To be trained in another language, that is to say, to improve their level of English to be able to communicate fluently and, the way to develop themselves not only at a work level, but also at a social level. - Train professionally with respect to their competencies in their work (their training). Given the opportunity, they learn more techniques or methods in their sector. - Personal training. This point is very important because we wanted them to learn to be independent, to gain confidence in themselves and to mature as people.
Since we are aware of the existence of this opportunity offered by the European Union and the results of previous programs were positive, we decided to give our students the opportunity to do the FCTs abroad. This will help them to improve both personally (independence, maturity, etc.) and professionally (skills in their profession and language).
