The main objectives of our project are i) improving the soft skills through adaptation to a company in another country, ii) improving the communication skills, especially in the English language, to create better professionals, iii) learning about the business structure in another country and work on their hard skills in a real work environment, and finally iv) becoming European citizens who are more committed and tolerant with diversity, the environment and everything that surrounds them.
One of the main objectives of STUCOM ESART is the internationalization of its vocational training students, an objective with which we also manage to create generations of young people who are more committed participating in 21st Century- Europe, with the values that it promotes in addition to be trained as professionals who develop all the skills necessary skills for their working life, both soft and hard, which are paramount in the global world in which we live.
