- Provide participants with a European and local experience of carrying out internships aimed at improving their personal, professional and linguistic skills. - Provide high school students with a European experience, through the internship program, that helps them generate an international dimension - Materialize cooperation between European organizations that provide training opportunities in the automotive and logistics sector in order to adapt the skills of teachers to the needs of students who are going to arrive in the new job market. - Transfer methodologies on training itineraries in the Automotive and Mechanical Manufacturing sectors and on skills adaptation and prospection. - Strengthen and develop the skills of training and guidance professionals. - Benchmarking of the activity and know-how of Italian entities in the European environment.
Training in European Mechanical and Automotive Manufacturing II, has the purpose of providing CIFP Emilio Campuzano students with an international dimension that allows them to improve the professional skills of the young participants through an internship program in EU companies. It has also had as its purpose the mobility in the European environment of professionals dedicated to training in sectors such as Automotive and Mechanical Manufacturing, who intervene in the field of people development, with the aim of improving their professional skills and developing new skills.
