Objective 1: Support the professional development of teachers through training in assessment. Objective 2: Acquire knowledge to share the operational methods of European institutions that certify language levels. Objective 3: Ensure the continuity of development and piloting committees, ensuring that the replacement rate does not affect their quality. For Navarra, request the creation of a committee to pilot and develop tests. Objective 4: Disseminate the acquired knowledge within schools through working groups and communities of best practices to ensure the multiplier effect of training. Objective 5: Continue developing the European dimension of our centers, which already have experience in European training programs.
Due to the fact that several members of the English, Italian, French, and German departments of our schools are assigned the task of validating and piloting tests, training in the stages following the development of tasks is essential. Thus, it seems imperative that personnel involved in creating, piloting, and validating tests with a significant impact receive training and updates in the field, in order to provide a product of excellent quality, as required by public service. Tests that can change an individual's work or academic life deserve to be conducted with the highest possible quality standards, and for this purpose, ongoing training of the creators and validators is paramount.
