Background

Our center requested this project with the intention that our teachers would acquire the necessary knowledge to be able to prepare our students to improve within the teaching-learning process and also in their life outside the school, implementing their motivation and avoiding school dropout. To do this, we analyzed the needs of our teachers and realized that the use of ICT in the classroom, active methodologies and evaluation mechanisms associated with them needed to be reinforced, as well as improvement in linguistic competence. In addition to all of the aforementioned, we also wanted teachers to be trained in the idea of Europe and the European spirit of cooperation so that this could also be transmitted to our students.
