The IPEP of Granada is an adult training center that is committed to educational quality, in this way, deficiencies or needs for European and transnational training for teachers were detected. Thus, a project was requested with the idea of promoting cultural, educational and methodological exchange so that said experience would have an impact on the motivation and professional development of the teachers who participated in it and on the achievement of quality teaching. In addition, it was intended to improve the methodological qualification of the participants through direct observation of the teaching work of other professionals and the exchange of experiences would increase personal satisfaction and create bonds of friendship and relationships between education professionals at a European level. All this was related to the specific priorities of adult education, and the increase in high-quality learning opportunities adapted to the needs of adults was considered of vital importance to broaden and develop the competences of teachers.
