The objectives we aimed to achieve were: to know and use new teaching/learning techniques supported by ICT; to reinforce social and intercultural aspects as the backbone of our community; to integrate new resources and processes to our center's development plan; to offer all adults the possibility of acquiring, completing or updating skills for their personal and professional development; to improve the linguistic and communicative skills of both teaching staff and students in at least one foreign language and in our two official languages; to achieve motivation and satisfaction of the teaching staff for the work done; establish a management policy based on internationalization and participation in European projects within the framework of the Erasmus + Program that promotes both physical and virtual mobility of teachers and students; to promote contact networks that allow the development of new common European projects to share good practices, combat school failure and promote the creation of a new culture of learning, favoring social inclusion and increasing the prestige of the school.
We mainly request this project in order to internationalize our adult permanent educational center and to adapt our multilingual plan and its implementation to the current educational reality. In addition, we intend to improve the acquisition and the use of new innovative methodologies that include new technologies in the daily routine of the classroom, as well as to deepen in the learning of teaching strategies from a multicultural point of view, based on the real needs of the students, both social and cultural.
