The Erasmus program seemed like a very good opportunity to train teachers, get to know centers in Europe that are working in the same fields as us, and a way of facilitating contact and coordination between the different adult centers in Navarre. Through this project you want to: - Introduce methodologies, innovative pedagogical and didactic approaches in teaching with which to be able to respond to the students who come to the center, diverse in age, origin, culture, religion, experiences, economic and social situation... Everything requires a great creativity, having your feet on the ground and open-mindedness. - Improve the knowledge and managerial skills of teachers to improve the management and organization of classrooms and the work that takes place in them. - Design of new methodologies to enhance treatment measures for Special Educational Needs. In the Adult Education centers in Navarra there are classrooms for Specific Groups of Adults (GEA) that must be attended to in the best possible way.
