The objectives that are defined for the students are the following: - Improve the attitude, self-knowledge, self-control, social and professional skills of the students. - Place students as the leaders of their lives. - Motivate adult students to avoid dropping out. - Facilitate re-entry into the educational system and lifelong training. At the center level, the following objectives are defined: - Creation of new subjects. In those centers where the creation of a new subject is possible, the teachers who will teach it will be trained. This new subject will group together the learning developed by teachers for the personal and professional development of students at adult training centers. - Define a new tutorial action plan based on the learning acquired by the teaching staff. - Improve the transversal contents of the subjects by introducing new activities. In the specific case of the CFPA Mercè Rodoreda, the aim is to transfer the learning developed to a Social Entrepreneurship Organization: the Museum of Science and Technology (MuCyT) of the CFPA Mercè Rodoreda.
The ultimate goal of the work that has been developed in this project is to improve teaching without losing sight of the main beneficiary, the students. For this reason, the needs of the students are initially worked on: - Adult students encounter many difficulties in returning to the educational system. You need support, guidance and preparation. - Students need constant motivation to be able to combine classes with their daily lives. - Adult students need emotional tools to be able to manage the difficulties they encounter in their environment. In order to get teachers to make the necessary changes, it is also important to address the needs of teachers: - The teachers are aware of the needs of the students but their tools are not updated to the current needs of the students. - Teachers have an excessive workload. - Many teachers are "burned out" by work and require significant stimulation.
