- Europeanisation of the institution through mobility projects involving teaching staff. - To obtain new tools, pedagogical techniques, working methodologies, educational proposals and innovative contents in the field of distance education for adults (teaching, learning and evaluation). To know and share strategies of attention to similar audiences and different socio-educational and social offers. From Radio ECCA we work with groups of immigrants, gypsies and people with judicial measures who are stigmatised and encounter numerous barriers to enter the labour market. We want to improve motivation, attitude and job search techniques that help to improve the employability of these groups, without their social circumstances being an impediment or rejection by the hiring party. - To provide the Radio ECCA team with the opportunity to get started in this type of experience in order to observe and bring back the best practices learned, with the sole purpose of offering a better service to students/project users and, of course, to promote the skills and training of the team itself. In short, to articulate a life experience in line with the values of the European environment.
Radio ECCA is aware of the importance of educational exchange with other European countries in order to be up to date, to know other realities and to find new methodologies to better respond to the current needs of our care population. ECCA is increasingly active in the field of European projects (Erasmus +) and we want to continue to grow in and with Europe. We believe in PBL (Project Based Learning) and more precisely at European level, it allows us to get in touch with other institutions and apply this experience to the work we undertake and its philosophy is what gives meaning to our proposal. Among the eight strategic objectives of our Strategic Plan, it is included "Incorporate the Europe 2020 objectives on lifelong learning to reduce early school leaving and promote formal post-compulsory training". Finally, the successful previous experiences in which Radio ECCA was a host institution for "job shadowing visits", motivated us to lead this type of mobility with entities (some known and others new), from which we could learn and improve in areas relevant to our institution.
