With this project we have achieved three fundamental objectives, which were raised concisely and worked on with great dedication: -We have promoted the training of our teaching staff in matters of diversity in order to carry out inclusive and effective adult education. -We have favored collaborative work in Europe, joining efforts for educational improvement. -We managed to promote the training of our teachers on the knowledge of teaching methods and tools with the group of refugees and immigrants.
This project has been requested in order to fill the gaps in teaching skills of education professionals who are dedicated in Alis to the group of migrants. The Alis European Development Plan 2019-2021 (renewed to 2023) sets out a series of training needs for our teachers that must be met and that cannot be met in our territory, requiring European cooperation to be met. These skills acquired by teachers have been related to teaching immigrants, highlighting the expansion of knowledge about methodologies, techniques and communication strategies, content development and design, context analysis, evaluations, recruitment, dissemination , etc.
