To make know to students, teachers, staff, etc. that outside their center, city, province, country, exists another way of doing things, both for studying, doing internships, working, etc. It is an option that will change their life, way of thinking, and living. 1) At the level of participants: Students: - To acquire the expected learning outcomes for the module of Training at Work Centers established in Royal Decree by which each one of the titles is established. - To learn how to function on their own in an environment geographically, culturally and linguistically very different from the usual. - To improve their linguistics competences in other languages. - To improve their employability. Teachers: - To see how the education sector works in another country, to be able to compare and to assess the differences. 2) At the institution level: - To improve cooperation between centers and companies throughout Europe. - To improve the recognition of qualifications at a European level, giving full validity to mobility as a module of Training at Work Centers. - To improve the strategies to increase the employability of students. The main objectives and the result achieved have been the satisfaction of those needs previously enunciated.
Because our institution carries out exchanges and mobility projects since Leonardo projects. We consider us a center which is committed to its internationalization, and we instill it in our students since they begin to study in our center both in ESO, Baccalaureate or Vocational Training. The project is called "DESTINATION FRANCE" basically consists of the integral realization of the module of Training at Work Centers in companies in the city of Amada, Portugal. Initially the project was going to be carried out in France but due to Covid-19 we asked for an extension of it and for a new destination. The project has let 4 students of the intermediate level training cycles that are taught in the institution (GAD, ITEL, BODYWORK) carry out the entire module of Training at Work Centers (nine weeks), and 2 teachers carry out the apprenticeship training mobility at our counterpart center in the city of Almada (five days).
