The reasons we are applying for this project are in order to: • Improve our association international image and that of the consortium schools. • Improve the linguistic abilities of both students and teachers in an intercultural society which is demanding more linguistic ability. • Increase equality and social cohesion by encouraging mobility of our Vocational training students. • Improve the students’ approach in the company towards their work, sense of responsibility, interaction with clients and their general rapport with fellow colleagues, etc. • Learn how to cope in environments different from their own. • Improve the students’ employability by increasing their competence in English and other languages. • Turn mobilities into a tool of ongoing personal development and learning which can increase teacher opportunities to boost the learning process improving their competence, ability to modernize their schools and their practical knowledge. • Create more modern working environments by increasing personal development skills within the workplace. • Enhance the interchange of good practices and innovation. • Expand and improve the host network. • Boost mobilities for those students who are at risk of social exclusion.
