This project was designed for young students of our institute from 16 to 26 years old; with mobility of Basic Vocational Training students (traditionally belonging to groups with little integration and with special characteristics that give them the conditions of students with fewer opportunities), and other students who, after secondary school, attended Intermediate Cycles of the professional family of " Electricity and Electronics", seeking that each year new students come into contact with new techniques and technologies in the professional areas they study, and with a labor and industrial world that is very different from what they can find in the Canary Islands, where the industrial sector is quite limited. Thus, teachers from our center were also included, carrying out training activities and job shadowing, transmitting their teaching experience, good educational practices and organizational models. We introduce an important change in the initial design, adding a, as a commitment to give prominence to groups with fewer possibilities. The main objective of the project is for students to know and assume the reality of the European Work Space to which they belong, and to be able to eliminate limits and open horizons at a cultural, social and professional level.
The project was raised within our plan for the internationalization of our center and transnational cooperation, within the framework of the Erasmus+ program, together with other mobility projects and Strategic Association promoted previously.
