One of the priorities of the CPIFP Montearagón is to increase the number of European mobility of students and teachers. This premise is broken down into the following specific objectives: Participate in mobility projects aimed at both students and the teaching staff of the center. Participate in international cooperation projects. Carry out different Erasmus mobilities and other European granted programs, promoting the participation of students and teachers. Facilitate and promote the application of different innovative methodologies. Promote and favor social inclusion and prevent our students from leaving school early, especially in Basic Vocational Training studies. Improve digital competence and linguistic competence Expand the European dimension to the professional certificates of the CPIFP Montearagón.
In the CPIFP Montearagón several cycles of Vocational Training are taught divided into different families, namely: Agrarian, Mechanical Manufacturing and Sociocultural and Community Services. Within these families there are training cycles of Basic Grade, Intermediate Grade and Higher Grade. The center is located in the city of Huesca, which is a relatively small provincial capital (52,463 inhabitants) and the bulk of our students belong to it, or to small municipalities in the province that are encompassed in a rural environment. The CPIFP Montearagón is aware that we live in an increasingly internationalized world, in which the world of work demands more and more updated and prepared workers. For this reason, our center considers that international experiences for our students are a plus for their training as workers. Similarly, teachers have a valuable opportunity to learn new teaching strategies in the face of a changing world of work that requires constant modernization and updating.
