Our objective has been to improve the following basic sections: - Students can carry out 3-month internships in companies abroad, thus improving their professional future. Students will also meet people of similar age and studies, taking advantage of peer learning. - Students can carry out short mobility to a homologous Vocational Training center. These mobilities consist of theoretical training in a vocational training center and practices in its workshops. For this we make use of the European network EMEU (Engineering Mobility In Europe) 2014-1-NL01-KA202-001049 to which we belong as an associated partner since the 2015-16 school year and although the project itself has expired, the network of centers FP continues to function very well. The fact of cooperating with VET centers in this network allows us to design incoming and outgoing mobilities without the intervention of intermediary companies. Contacts are directly between teachers. - Teachers can carry out training in companies abroad and homologous FP centers using this knowledge to improve its application in the classroom. -Promote digital skills and values such as equity, inclusion and the principle of non-discrimination.
Internationalization is described as a strategic objective not only for our institute UNI EIBAR-ERMUA but is also contemplated in the fifth Basque vocational training plan. It is contemplated in the educational plan of our school and in the annual plan. Therefore this project has been requested to continue developing this strategic objective.
