Background

This project was applied to give continuity to the objectives that ADLE CARTAGENA set in the proposal of the Vocational Training Mobility Charter requested in 2016 (2016-1-ES01-KA109-025770) and which was granted by SEPIE, to expand the possibilities of international mobility of our recent graduates of vocational training belonging to the Youth Guarantee training and employment programmes, promoting the participation of young people, many of them unqualified and in search of their first job or people from other countries who, due to circumstances, have ended up living in Cartagena, with the aim of favouring equity and inclusion for work placements in companies as well as promoting language learning, facilitating the development of participants in a multicultural environment, expanding their professional skills and ensuring their personal growth in a sector in which mobility is of the utmost importance.
