In carrying out this project, the institution aims to achieve one of its strategic objectives, namely, the strengthening of the skills and competencies of its participants in workplace settings. This includes the acquisition of professional skills and the development of personal competencies. Furthermore, the purpose has been outlined to attain the following aspects: 1. Facilitate integration into the labor market and promote entrepreneurial initiative by leveraging knowledge of labor markets different from the local ones. 2. Enhance personal and social competencies through experiences in everyday situations. 3. Strengthen proficiency in other languages (linguistic competence) or consolidate existing language skills to facilitate mobility in the workplace and access higher-quality employment. 4. Foster cross-cutting attitudes and competencies of linguistic, cultural, and personal nature.
This project aims to strengthen the center's internationalization plan, not only by consolidating student mobility, but also by increasing the number of mobilities for teachers. In addition, its implementation has made it possible to expand the network of companies and counterpart centers.
