- Improve the employability and competitiveness of our mid-level vocational students. - Refine the quality of the training provided at our Centre in relation to intermediate-level training cycles through the professional development of our teaching staff. - Encourage lifelong learning among our teachers and students throughout their careers. - Adapt our vocational training to the real needs of the European labour market. - Commitment to the development of computer skills and new technologies. - Improve the language skills of our students and teaching staff. - Increase the network of contacts in Europe with training centres, enterprises and other organisations involved in training and employment. - Promote the European spirit and European mobility in our Centre in order to achieve a more cohesive society.
The project was requested to continue consolidating our commitment to mobility as a form of learning as we have been doing since 2014. The project has made it possible for our students to complete an internship in European companies, which is an essential point in our curriculum. For the teachers and workers at the Centre, it was an opportunity to improve their skills and share experiences with colleagues at the European level. All this together with the motivation and commitment they acquire, has a very positive impact on the Centre. The project allows us to continue advancing the objectives set out in our Erasmus Plan, such as: making progress in the implementation of Dual VET, promoting the learning of European languages, increasing the employability of VET students, promoting lifelong learning, as well as the knowledge of European cultures together with equity and inclusion.
