When applying for funding for this project, the following objectives were expected to be achieved: a) Recover the two long-term mobilities. b) Continue strengthening the relationship with other educational centers. c) Promote the image of XABEC as an institution open to internationalization. d) Conduct an adequate selection process and proper preparation for mobilities. e) Enhance the technical skills of the students. f) Improve the skills of the teachers and the relationship with the companies. g) Enhance the processes of the educational center.
Following the guidelines set forth in the Internationalization Strategy, which aims to consolidate the ProjectX methodology, implement the Dual system, and enhance the competencies of our Teachers and STAFF, and in response to the Erasmus letter of request, a project was designed that sought a total of 15 mobilities. Of these, 2 were planned for long-term durations, and an additional 8 mobilities were intended for both teaching and non-teaching staff. The request for student mobilities aimed to ensure that each academic program could offer a mobility experience relevant to its curriculum, allowing for a more effective selection and preparation of participants. Furthermore, there was an emphasis on inclusivity, targeting individuals with fewer opportunities. Regarding staff mobilities, the planned activities were aligned with the objectives of consolidating the ProjectX methodology, overseeing the implementation of the Dual system, and enhancing the competencies of all institutional personnel. Additionally, the project sought to strengthen the center's internationalization image and explore new opportunities for collaboration with partners and activities.
