Countries: ES · Grant: €13,400

Objectives

The main objective was the continuity and improvement of our educational offer as an Integrated Vocational Training Centre. 1. Improve our teaching practice. By continuing to develop staff mobilities for training, our institute ensures that all our workers are increasingly better prepared to carry out their teaching and professional activity. 2. Improve our educational offer. Being a Vocational Training center of reference at a regional level, it is essential for us to maintain and improve our educational offer and the fact that we offer the entire educational community the opportunity to work and train abroad undoubtedly contributes to achieving these goals. 3. Students better prepared for the current and future labor market. This objective is key for us, since through the mobility of students for practices, our students complete their academic training with some traineeship period in the workplace, which allows them to see the world of work from an international perspective. 4. Contribute to the European project. We are aware of the importance of belonging and participating in projects of cohesion and improvement of the life of the inhabitants.

Background

We requested this project as a key part of our Internationalization Strategy. In our educational center, we have been working with Erasmus projects for more than 15 years throughout its different programs and the continuity, improvement and increase in mobility means for us to have a quality educational offer, which progressively adapts to the national and international labor reality. This project is the first that we developed after obtaining the VET Mobility Charter in the 2019 call, which for us was of vital importance since it was the verification of the consolidation of our organization in European projects.
