Through these mobilities, the aim is to achieve an improvement in theoretical, practical and linguistic skills, improving their training in a global way, as well as allowing them to live a new integrating experience and with a broader sense of belonging to a European reality. In this way, it has contributed to the improvement of accessibility to the labor market by students and an improvement in the capacities of teachers with a view to continuing their professional career in education. In this way, the future impact of the project is based on achieving greater labor integration of the young participants thanks to better professional training and the improvement of both students and teachers. At the same time, it helps to spread the ERASMUS+ programs not only in our institute, but also in the local, regional, national and international environment and collaboration networks between Centers are created, seeking to improve educational systems at a European level.
This Erasmus+ project was requested to carry out mobilities of students and staff of Vocational Education and Training of all the courses of the centre in Europe either for the realization of training practices or for the realization of observation days in counterpart centres and/or related companies. The participation of our school starts with our participation in the programme by sending participants to increase the quality of the teaching-learning process and make it more educationally attractive, thus improving labour market insertion. On the other hand, we take care of the development of the process of integration, stay and participation in our training system for the participants who come within the quality parameters established by the ten principles of the European Quality Charter for Mobility. For us it is a priority and of great importance to be able to participate in this programme as it also allows the knowledge of cultural and training resources and gives our students the opportunity to experience what they have studied as part of a trip and practice foreign languages necessary in the development of their training curriculum. .
