- Complement the professional qualification of students at the level of knowledge and especially at the level of application of this knowledge to practice - Improve linguistic competence in a foreign language and promote motivation in relation to learning new languages in general - Increase the possibilities of labor insertion - Acquire new personal skills: adaptation, maturity, confidence, autonomy, resilience, active citizenship, etc. - Learn about and experience cultural diversity at a European level through integration into a different culture and relationships with citizens of other countries to increase respect and interest in other cultures and their sense of belonging to Europe - Promote the entrepreneurial spirit and openness to new job opportunities in foreign countries - Know new work methodologies by teachers in order to improve teaching practice based on observation and exchange of good practices - Create a network of international contacts - Promote a process of permanent teacher training based on the contributions, pooling and debates created once the training experiences of the teachers have been shared.
This project was requested with the intention of offering our students of the Vocational Education and Training Program in conducting outdoor sports and physical activities, the opportunity to carry out the Training module in Work Centers in a country of the European Union. And on the other hand, to offer the Vocational Education and Training program teachers the possibility of working on those aspects that have a direct impact on improving the quality of the teaching-learning process. After several years of experience organizing mobilities for our students and teachers, and after analyzing the results year after year, we continue with the firm conviction that this opportunity makes a difference in the personal and professional development of our teachers and students, stimulating the desire to learn, encouraging training and further studies (specialization courses, higher level vocational programs, etc.), motivation, self-esteem and the feeling of belonging to Europe. In general, what we want is to promote the internationalization of our school, thus taking advantage of all the benefits that this entails.
