a) We want to encourage international mobility among vocational training students to complete their training at other schools in the European Union, either through work experience (once they have completed their studies) or training periods during their studies. b) It is our intention to broaden the horizons of students and make them aware of job opportunities beyond their immediate environment, and of course outside of Spain. In this way, we will help them not only in their professional enrichment, but also in their personal and human development, by getting to know the culture and way of life of the host country. c) In addition, the aim is to create a European awareness in the field of work and the academic training of our students so that they are aware that they occupy a common place in the field of training, both vocational and human, at work. d) Resume and relaunch the mobility that was not done during the pandemic and try to catch up on all of them. This was not an initial goal of the project, but due to the post-pandemic situation, we felt it necessary to make an extra effort to update all our mobility, giving the option to all those students who were unable to do so during the last two years. This has been achieved entirely thanks to the efforts of all the members of the Erasmus team at the center.
Our center has been committed to internationalization for more than 14 years. All these Erasmus projects have brought about, and will continue to bring about, a systematic change in education. The reasons for requesting this project are: improving teaching and teaching, broadening students' horizons, professional development, raising the standard of the educational establishment and creating knowledge-sharing networks at European level. Through erasmus+ projects, we can offer opportunities for staff and students to improve and reflect on teaching and learning, together with staff and students from other schools and partner organizations. This and other projects allow us to collaborate with other partner schools in educational activities and learn new ways of approaching the education of visiting students and teachers. Another aim is to enable our students to acquire intercultural knowledge and new perspectives on their own learning, the improvement of interpersonal skills, language skills and the use of ICT. These projects enable teachers to acquire new teaching and learning tools and methods, as well as to analyze a range of teaching and educational practices across Europe. Participation in international activities indicates that our center has expectations and is an attractive place to study and work. It also allows us to develop curricula or implement new ways of working, which increases influence and center status in our educational community.
