With this new application we want to continue with the line of work reflected in the EDP, to satisfy the training needs both students and teachers, and their enrichment with the experience of other educational institutions in different countries that have a long trajectory participating in European Erasmus+ projects. We have also get in contact with new educational institutions with which we have cooperated in Erasmus + projects carried out by the teaching staff of the Department of International Relations and Interculturality. Our department experiences provides new and interesting collaborators institutions. The main OBJECTIVES are the following: - Increase the internationalization strategy of our educational institution by promoting institutional cooperation - Take new methodological perspectives in teaching practices, to increase the development of competencies - Promotion of language learning - Improve students ́skills and increase their professional expectations - Increase both intercultural and experience awareness - Increase VET students ́ participation in international educational Erasmus+ projects - Encourage students ́ motivation in participating in Youth Projects and European Volunteer Programs
Keeping on with our educational trajectory, our educational institution, decides to continue the way in its internationalization process with a new application within the Erasmus + program action KA102 , which will help personal development, the acquisition of new skills and improve work prospects of the participating students and teaching staff. Our educational institution is a cooperative, that`s why the European Development Plan will be connected with some of its main strategic work lines, such as the strengthening of entrepreneurial culture and education in values of cooperation, interculturality and equality. The EDP is reviewed and renewed every school year in the Department of International Relationships and Interculturality and is included in our educational institution`s Annual Plan. The strategic lines of the Cooperative, which are related to the EDP and which start from the detected needs, are considered our objectives and are the following: 1. Favour innovative pedagogical methodologies 2. Delve into our educational institution internationalization and European consciousness. 3. Promote the Entrepreneurial Culture. 4. Promote values of Culture of Peace: Interculturality, Equality and Cooperation.
