A Project has been worked with the following title: Welcome to Europe, are you looking for a job ?. This project has addressed the different aspects mentioned as follows: - Creation of a reference point where all aspects related to job search in any country in Europe are collected. The main points collected in this part of the project are: bank of companies where the student can direct their job applications, guidelines for the development and creation of the Europass CV, methods to successfully face different types of job interviews, both in their language Maternal as in other languages. It has been intended to provide the student with the tools and information necessary to successfully carry out their first job search and promote their employment in any European country. - To highlight the differences and similarities of the labor and social security legislation between the countries of the European Union. This is an important aspect that worries workers when considering European mobility for work purposes.
In most cases, recent graduates of a vocational training are at the end of their studies with the great challenge of finding their first job. The challenge creates uncertainty and disorientation, because they do not know where to direct their steps. This is increased if your search is oriented outside of Spain. Differences in labor and social security legislation in different European countries are a frequent obstacle to add. On the other hand, our center is concerned with corporate social responsibility in companies and therefore tries to instill in students values that allow them to contribute, through their work in companies, actively and voluntarily to social, economic and social anda environmental improvement. . For this reason, our center has proposed a transversal project to all professional families that encompasses the different aspects related to the search for work within the European Union, the differences in labor and social security legislation and the values that allow Our students increase opportunities to find a job.
